Since ten years now we successfully send our kits to modellers all over the world: Amongst others, we delivered to satisfied customers in the following countries: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Ecuador, Great Britain, Finland, France, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Luxemburg, Malta, New Zealand, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Portugal, Switzerland, Sweden, Spain, South Africa, USA.
VAT/Shipping costs: To maintain an easy, clear pricing for our international customers, our prices now include all taxes (i. e. German VAT at 19 %) and worldwide shipping costs. No additional shipping/handling charges! We usually ship our parcels with the German Post (Economy). These shipments are transported in combined way (air mail/surface). Additionally services, like Premium shipment or insurance at additional costs! We don' charge additional costs, like handling and packing.
Payment prior to shipment - make sure that the whole amount of money gets into our account!: If you prefer this payment method, please transfer the money to one of our accounts. Make sure that You pay all bank fees. Shipment of goods will occur within two working days after the full amount reached our account. If you pay in US-Dollars, please use our account, which is debited in US $ (No. 5 400 841) ! Payment by Eurocheque: Shipment of goods will occur within two working days after the cheque has been cleared by ou bank.
Payment by International money order: Please send it to the following address: Gisela Popp-Krug, Autograph models, Richard-Wagner-Strasse 10, 95030 Hof, Germany. Shipment of goods will occur within two working days after arrival.
Payment by Credit card: We can only accept payment by credit card, if we have the following informations: Your credit card number, signature, expiry date and the service number from the backside of your card. The easiest way to send us all this is by fax, and this is the most secure way to transfer these delicate data. Please do not send your credit card details unencrypted by Email! We do not have secure data transfer!
Shipping risk: Shipment of our goods is at customers risk. You can reduce the risk of damage by an insurance at additional cost. Please ask for costs prior to shipment.
Return policy: You have the right to return on condition that: 1. Any returned item must be in "as sold" condition: sealed kits must still be sealed, and unsealed but unstarted kits must still be completely unstarted. 2. All returned goods have to be sent at customers cost and risk within 4 weeks from the date of the invoice, shipping charges are non-refundable. 3. All returned items will be charged a 20% restocking fee once inspected to our satifaction. Started kits are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please also allow us about ten working days for inspection of returned goods.
